A few weeks ago we got to see the sErious side of Jackie Chan as the unsmiling, revenge-thirsty Hong Kong cop in New Police Story. This week, he returns again in his unsmiling avtar as Steelhead, the simple Chinese F.O.B who lands in downtown Tokyo (Shinjuku), takes refuge with the rest of the Chinese immigrants living in Tokyo's seamy and slummy areas and ends up as their savior.
